Mental Health Services for English Speaking Expats

By Ms. Amelia

We all need a little help sometimes and it can be difficult to find professionals to speak with who are fluent in English. The Community Help Service (CHS) is an organisation that has been helping the international community for over 50 years. They are located in Brussels and offer a wide range of support, such as:

  • Individual and family counselling
  • Child, adolescent and adult counselling
  • Support with specific anxieties, phobias, addictions
  • Helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives
  • Educational assessments and therapy for learning difficulties

The clinical team at CHS includes experienced psychologists and psychiatrists from around the world who use a variety of therapeutic approaches to support mental health. In addition, they offer a 24 hour helpline that is completely free, confidential and anonymous

If you or someone you know is experiencing mental health issues or would simply like guidance in their lives, please visit their website for an appointment or call the hotline number below.
