Class 6 Dutch Adaptability

The students of class 6 worked hard during the first IMYC topic of the year ‘Adaptability’ in Dutch. They are learning all about how to adapt to living in Belgium, about houses and the weather. This group of students is very creative and they loved the 3D house project. They even made a ‘kijkdoos’, a box which they can look through to find a room in their home. They created their own home, but also a home which they used to live in when living in another country. The children compared the similarities and differences. They showed lots of effort in creating their own presentation for the exit point. Proudly they presented what they have learnt in Dutch. At the end of the presentation they showcased what they have made: the 3D houses, a preposition game, but also their own memory game to learn the Dutch vocabulary about houses. Goed gedaan klas 6!
